Kaiser writes letters to Imran, Shahbaz for interim prime minister

ISLAMABAD:

National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser wrote letters to Prime Minister Imran Khan and leader of opposition Shehbaz Sharif for formation of parliamentary committee to appoint an acting prime minister.

The Kaiser wrote letters under section 224A-(1) of Constitution.

Kaiser’s letter says that Imran and Shahbaz could not agree on one name for appointment of interim prime minister.
