Imran Khan decides to withdraw en masse from the National Assembly: sources

ISLAMABAD: expelled prime minister Imran Khan on Monday decided to resign en masse from the National Assembly, saying he would not sit in Assembly with these corrupt people, Geo News reported.

According to sources, some members of parliamentary party the assembly advised Imran Khan not to resign and stated that they should fight opposition in assembly and do not leave the field blank.

Senior party leader Fawad Chaudhry took on Twitter and confirmed that party decided to withdraw from the National Assembly.

“Today all members of the assembly tenders its resignation to the Speaker. We will fight for freedom.”
