IHC Notifies over Imran Khan plea cancel terror case

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday filed notices in petition filed by PTI Chairman Imran Khan to dismiss the terrorism case against his for reports ARY NEWS.

BUT division bench including IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Judge Saman Rafat heard the proceedings of case and served notices on the defendants in happening for 08 September.

Imran Khan moved to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday. for dismissal of terrorism case filed for allegedly threatened IG Islamabad, DIG and a female judge and all three of them along with SHO were made respondents in petition.

In the petition, Imran Khan noted that he served prime minister of country and was captain of Pakistan team what won World Cup.

“Efforts were made set the world in country, while the withdrawal of the United States from Afghanistan was secured, former the premier said, adding that the PTI-led government took measures to overcome with economic problems in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.

He pointed out what government filed a terrorism case against his on inspector general statement of Police (IGP), Deputy Inspector General (DIG), and female judge.

Imran Khan also said that he asked for legal action against three individuals who insist that the case of terrorism against his should be declared illegal.
