Horsforth crash: Man detained after death of pedestrian

A MAN was detained after a pedestrian died after an accident crash on main road yesterday afternoon, the police confirmed.

A police spokesman said: “The police are appealing. for information after fatal collision with the participation of a pedestrian in Leeds.

“Yesterday at 13:51 a message was received that a silver Skoda Fabia was driving on along the A6120 Broadway Ring Road towards Horsforth when it was in collision with the male.

“An ambulance arrived at the scene, but soon the man, unfortunately, died.
