President Donald Trump on Saturday doubled down on his assistance of maskless anti-lockdown protesters who bullied a reporter and insulted covering their presentation in New york city’s Long Island. This time, Trump hailed the protesters as “great people,” keeping in mind: “People can’t get enough of this.”
The previous day Trump blasted the report of the fight as “fake news”– despite the fact that it was on video.
News 12 Long Island reporter Kevin Vesey reported on the presentation versus COVID-19 safety steps in Commack Thursday. Video recorded protesters insulting and chewing out Vesey. One male without a mask intentionally bore down Vesey as the reporter, who was using a mask, pleaded with him to withdraw.
The Trump administration’s own Centers for Illness Control and Avoidance advises versus collecting in crowds, and advises using a mask in such scenarios and preserving 6 feet of social range.
Vesey, who just recently recuperated from COVID-19, called the level of anger versus him “alarming.”
People can’t get enough of this. Excellent people! https://t.co/b4HM0C298h

Vesey posted another video of the unknown maskless male who bore down him. “I was insulted, I was berated. I was practically chased by people who refused to wear masks in the middle of a pandemic,” he tweeted.
I’ll most likely always remember what occurred today.
I was insulted. I was scolded. I was virtually gone after by people who declined to use masks in the middle of a pandemic.

Twitter critics knocked Trump’s newest reaction for hailing people assaulting the reporter– and overlooking CDC standards to stem the spread of COVID-19
By ‘people’ you suggest YOU can’t get enough of it. That’s why you keep retweeting it.
The reporter being assaulted here endured the coronavirus. https://t.co/YdUpBnZILp

What Trump and his advocates are making clear by NOT using masks in public is that they do NOT care if your liked ones pass away. The lives of your children, boys, moms and dads and you suggest NOTHING to them. I hope that makes you as upset as it makes me to vote Trump out. #StayANGRY
