ISLAMABAD: Electoral Commission of Pakistan (ECP) adjourns hearing of link to disqualification against 25 rebel MPAs of PTI in Punjab Assembly for on Monday and instructed Imran Khan to submit his response to the responses provided by the alienated party deputies, reports ARY NEWS.
During the hearing, Chief Electoral Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja asked if the signed copy was of Imran Khan’s response to the PTI MPA responses and affidavits was presented.
For this PTI counsel assured him that it would be presented today.
Earlier in the PTI hearing counsel Faisal Chaudhry concluded his arguments over disqualification of PTI-MPA-who voted in service of Hamza Shehbaz – after the latter submitted their responses to the commission.
Chaudhry said that the MPA rebels were present at the fake elections. of Main minister in private hotel and were issued show-cause notifications on 07 April.
