Mr Judge Mostyn (seated) in family department of high court in London ruled this summer that Mr Villiers could not afford to pay the £3.5 million that Mrs Villiers, 62, was demanding.

The Times reported that he stayed on friend’s yacht in greek islands this summer, with clinic visit plan in London for help with mental health. Instead, he checked into the Durrants Hotel.
The case was referred to Westminster Coroner’s Court.
