ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday ordered the ministry of Interior remove name of Azam Khan, professional bureaucrat and former main secretary so that later-prime minister Imran Khan, with the so-called stop list, allowing him to travel abroad.
Any person placed on “stop list”You are not allowed to leave the country.
Meanwhile, the court also ordered Khan to appear before the Accounts Committee (PAC) of The National Assembly, whenever it may be convened.
Earlier, during the trial, Chief Justice Athar Minallah asked the committee’s representative why he called Khan.

“If this court of the law cannot do anything illegal, no one else can,” he said.
He said that his court earlier, in his remarks, said there was no legal cover for stop list mode. “After all, Khan government servant. He’s not going anywhere,” he said. added.
