Cummings Blames the Prime Minister of encouraging attacks on junior staff over No 10 parties | Boris Johnson

Dominic Cummings Blames Boris Johnson of encouraging attacks on junior civil servants over party scandal in to protect himself and his wife Carrie.

“PPS… was responsible for ensuring that events in No 10 were consecutive just with in rules but with basic ethical standards.”

Number 10 was not called. for comment.
