Court orders removal of defamatory content targeting actor Hayat

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) ordered removal of slanderous content on social media against actress Mahvish Khayat after military the critic apparently blamed her and the two of her colleagues of used as “honey traps” by top management of pakistani army.

The court notified the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) to initiate legal proceedings within two weeks.
