Court dismisses Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton over 2016 Russia’s claims | Donald Trump

US judge dismisses Donald Trump’s lawsuit against his 2016 rival Hillary Clinton, saying that former Republican president’s allegations that Democrats tried to rig this election by tying him campaign to Russia was an attempt to “flaunt” political grievances that did not belong in court.

AT throwing out Trump lawsuit on Thursday night, Judge Donald Middlebrooks. of US District Court for southern region of Florida said the lawsuit is not seeking “damages.” for any legal harm” and that the court was “not the right forum” for in former Presidential complaints.

Trump in March sued Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, and several other Democrats, alleging “racketeering,” “conspiracy to commit malicious lies” and other claims in A 108-page lawsuit that repeated a long list of grievances that he repeatedly voiced over the course of four years in White House after defeating Clinton.

He claimed compensatory and punitive damages, stating that he had suffered more than $24 million in “defense costs, legal fees and related costs.
