Coalition of government and PDM to launch a petition in SC looking for formations of full bench

ISLAMABAD: coalition government and parties of The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) decided on Sunday to file a petition with the Supreme Court of Pakistan seeking to form of a full bench hear a case related to the head of the Punjab ministerelections.

Supreme Court of the country will consider the petition filed by PTI against in decree of Deputy Speaker of Punjab Dost Mazari during the elections of CM Punjab.

“All parties in in coalition government demand resolutely of cjp what full-court bench hear the case against decree of Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly,” the ruling alliance said in a joint statement.

The parties stated that it would be fair if full bench court composed of all respected judges of Supreme Court, review motion to dismiss the Supreme Court, this motion and other related motions, and schedule them for listen together and issue a single solution, because these are questions of national political and constitutional significance.

In this regard, Minister of Justice Azam Nazir Tarar stated that there was no malice. in in demand form full bench.
