Chelyabinsk, May 25 – The Ural Transport Prosecutor’s Office said that three carriages of a freight train with crushed stones derailed at the Chelyabinsk-Glavny station of the South Ural Railway, two of them overturned, and there were no delays in the movement of trains.
The causes of the accident, specified in the letter, were established.
To coordinate the actions of law enforcement agencies, the Chelyabinsk Transport Prosecutor General left for the scene of the accident. The Transport Prosecutor’s Office will monitor compliance with legislation on traffic safety and the operation of railway transport.
