Brad Paisley leads tributes to Charlie Daniels

Vocalists Brad Paisley and Tim McGraw are tipping their hats to nation music icon Charlie Daniels following his death on Monday.

The Devil Decreased to Georgia star suffered a fatal stroke in Tennessee at the age of 83, and the well known fiddler’s star buddies and fans fasted to honour his memory on social media.

“I’m so sad he’s gone. We have so many memories together, and I am so blessed to have known him. Rest In Peace my friend. We love you. @CharlieDaniels”.

McGraw was another buddy heartbroken over the loss.

“Oh man, sad to hear about @CharlieDaniels passing…,” he composed. “I matured on his music … dazzling tunes and smokin’ records.
