However, military media a wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), denied the allegation. in statement released today. “The insinuations of Shahin Sehbay and some others on social media quoting the former finance minister is baseless propaganda,” the statement said.
“The same has also have been duly refuted by Mr. Shaukat Tarin himself. Spreading malicious accusations and outright lies against the institution and its leadership to promote vested interests are reprehensible, and the institution reserves the right to sue against involved.”
Sehbai’s demands were also denied former finance minister myself in twitter post.
“I categorically deny what Shahin Sebhay attributes to me. anyone in establishment of an exit from the CI and join Government of Shahbaz Sharif,” he wrote. on his official Twitter handle.
