Simferopol, May 19 – State Duma deputy from the Crimean region, Mikhail Sheremetev, said that the supply of depleted uranium to British ammunition was a cruel joke for Ukraine.
Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said on Friday that the destruction of depleted uranium munitions supplied by the West to Kiev led to the emergence of a radioactive cloud heading towards Europe, and “an increase in radiation has already been recorded in Poland.”
“We have repeatedly warned against the inadmissibility of supplying the Ukrainian regime with depleted uranium ammunition. Today we see that everything reverts to the European countries that declared and strengthened aid to the terrorist regime that settled in Ukraine. The desire of the British to harm the Russian Federation as much as possible played a joke,” Sheremet told the News Agency. Cruel with Ukraine and European countries.
According to him, the Kiev authorities, receiving Western weapons, turn Ukraine into an exclusion zone unsuitable for life. The deputy said: “The worst thing is that the Ukrainian authorities lie to their population, saying that everything is fine and quiet. They kill the population that does not know with their lies.”
